Faith Umah is a Corporate Attorney (called to the Nigerian Bar) alongside being a Corporate Finance and Business Management Consultant and have practiced Corporate Management and Legal Consulting combined for over 15 years. Her eccentric legal, corporate finance and corporate management consulting engagements have spanned through industry specifics, literally ranging from Oil and Gas, Power Sector, Real Estate, Banking, IT, Fintech, Entertainment, Sports, Fashion, Government, Tourism, Hospitality, Medical amongst others. Her engagements also run in both the private and public sector. Her clientele ranges from local to international.

She has over the years advised government, individuals and organizations on their Corporate Governance, Risks and Compliance, helped develop best leading practice strategies for attaining corporate objectives, helped in overhauling defunct corporate systems and processes, as well as provided Financial Advisory services to her range of clients

In recent years, she has expanded her niche to sustainable business practices around ESG compliance for corporate bodies and has developed capacity in the area. She helps educate Corporates, individuals, MSMEs on ESG, helps in integrating ESG into their systems and processes alongside developing policy frameworks around the subject. She is a certified ESG reporting expert utilizing the GRI framework for full disclosure for these corporates and organizations as well.

She is also a certified Corporate Finance expert with the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and a Harvard Business trained professional. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
